They were excellent. Answered all our questions, gave us approximate repair costs which we needed because the house was a short sale.  "It was such a pleasure to deal with Hank and Lee the owners of this company. You can tell that they are working for you and not trying to please the real estate agent. When they both came to do the inspection they went slowly and explained everything to us as we went along. They took over 3 hours to do the inspection. When I received the report with all the pictures it made the report so much easier to understand since they explained everything to me at the inspection. The books I received also helped me understand exactly how a house operates and the maintenance involved. If there is a better inspection company out there I would certainly like to see them? This company should be commended for the great work that they do."-
