  • The approximate size (interior sq. footage) OR number of bedrooms/ baths
  • The number of structures on the property; i.e. barns, guest houses, pool houses, etc.
  • Presence of a garage, basement, pool, tennis court, dock, seawall, sprinklers, etc.
